  • This initial funding would allow a Foundation to purchase the property and buildings as a whole listed at $2.5 million. The owner will be donating the difference or $1.9 million.

Currently, the property is usable in part and has an income revenue that would pay for its maintenance.

This project is currently on hold, owner is not sure of his plans.
